The new Manager Petty is quite an asset to Emory Apt Homes. Since she's been here, there have been definite and very awesome changes in caring about the needs of the residents here. She listens and enact appropriately to make sure our problems are addressed. For myself, I find that refreshing and very professional!!! The maintenance staff, Bert and Jose are superb, understanding, and very professional in helping in everyway possible. Definitely 100 out of 100% Jennifer is also sweet and helpful as well. Over 20 years of living here, this year since the new changes, I am extremely happy and contented with the all around service given here. Again 5 star rating belongs to this staff here in all areas.
