I feel all of the previous posters pain.I too lived in Hesperian Falls for many years and saw its rapid decline once Oasis jumped ship.I had multiple run ins with gang bangers on property until I was able to make arrangements to move to a better neighborhood/complex.When Metro came to take my report from the last incident,a "back up" officer came on scene to assist and stated (and this is a quote from the assisting officer to the primary responding officer) "Oh, another gang attack at this poo-hole!!"(referring to Hesperian Falls). Like others have said--STAY AWAY FROM HESPERIAN FALLS!!!!The week that I moved out,they were just finishing up a 3 month renovation of the clubhouse that must have cost tens of thousands of dollars.This was at least the 3rd renovation in the past 5 years--whenever a new management company stepped in,one of the first things they would do is gussy up the clubhouse that almost no residents spent any time to speak of in.If management would use some of the $$ wasted on such senseless projects to saturate the property with QUALITY security all night,every night,make an effort to screen residents prior to moving in (they can B.S. all they want,but after you live there a while there's no way you can beleive the gang bangers,tweekers,and 2 bit ho's they have living there can pass any screening process),quickly evict the rif-raff that slips through the cracks,etc,etc, than just maybe they can clean the property up somewhat.Until that day happens the best thing you can do for yourself is just bypass the headache and head straight for a better neighborhood, or at least shop for something above the rock bottom that Hesperian Falls is. ...

When Oasis owned this complex it was decent--decent security,decent upkeep,decent tenants. Than,Oasis sold the complex about 5 years ago.The complex has since gone through multiple owners and management companies/teams.The complex went from decent under Oasis to total ghetto in the years since Oasis vacated the premises.I was brutally beaten by a gang banger that lived there,and narrowly escaped being beat a second time by the same punk. Management doesn't care, and there was absolutely no security around to turn to.I've since got the hell out of Hesperian Falls, and if I can prevent just one person from going through the hell that I went through there, I will be happy. ...

Hesperian Falls is full of gang bangers.If you value your life and belongings, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HESPERIAN FALLS!!!!!!

Stay away from Hesperian Falls (unless you like living with gang bangers and the risk of getting robbed everytime you step foot outside your apartment. I rented from fall '05 through spring '07.
