From the "Manager" CARLA (posing as Jennifer, the actual Manager), to the environment, Ravello Townhomes is not ideal for any family to reside in. If your going to live here be prepared for: *CHILD PREDATORS. Yes, there are child predators that live here. *I WOULD REFRAIN FROM THE POOL IF YOUR DAUGHTER IS BETWEEN THE AGE OF 6-13... A man "caucasian" man in his late 40's/early 50's was seen with a young Latino girl, alone during a school week... * PETTY THEFT. Yes, there have been cases of neighbors expecting packages that never received them* If you are expecting a package, I would highly recommend that you are home when (and if that package to arrive at your doorstep. *SOUND POLLUTION. Yes, if it's not the 6 AM TIL 10 PM depending on the extraterrestrial visitors in the sky, you will hear DAILY jets fly extremely close to the area. *AIR POLLUTION. YES! There's a food processing factory down the street. The smell is a combination of garbage, spoiled cheese, and soybean products. You will smell this 2-3 times a week (even during COVID, some factor workers have to deal will this stinky smell). *BUG INFESTATION. YES! Everyday Thursday, the bug exterminator is here to do his best to get rid of ROACHES (two kinds). It's as if this place was built on top of a roach pit. * Litter (trash and animal dropping [feces]) * Random stranger jumping over the building wall * Litter in the pool. And if you never received a key to the pool, be prepared to talk with .... CARLA, the assistant from the Leasing office (Management). The unprofessional, rude person that spends her day (getting paid at the tenants' expense) to passive-aggressively tell you .... that she has met you (kinda racist to assume all brown/black people are the same people). * Unprofessional attitude from the community "manager", CARLA a very rude person with a slight dictator complex. This person (CARLA) not only poses as the actual manager (Jennifer) but has a bad habit of hanging up on Tenants [BTW, Jennifer if your reading this... most likely if you do get terminated by upper management -based in California- you should know that it's not because your management skills of the property, it's because your assistant, CARLA hasn't been properly trained (preferably fired) for her rude and EXTREMELY DISTURBING PHONE ETIQUETTE to the majority of tenants. In conclusion, for the price, you have to pay ($1,400 - $1,680 2 - 3 Bedrooms) your better off looking at other apartments. I rented from spring 2018 through winter 2020. ...
