this apartment complex is the defenition of too good to be true. it's super cheap, in price and quality. the ceiling in the stairwells are literally falling down, the neighbors are loud and the managment doesn't care-even if you are complaininig about loud music at 2:30am. the apartment was not cleaned before I moved in, not painted or even wiped down. i spent a good 2-3 days just cleaning it out, and it still REAKS of smoke. also, you can't get cox cable, you can't get dish network, your ONLY option is direct TV through RC communications because they have a contract-which they don't tell you ahead of time. adn parking is rediculous, your space is at least 10 or more spaces from your walkway, and there is almost no guest parking because they let residents store spare cars in the few guest spots they have for months at a time. and they claim to be a gaited community-but the gates are never shut. this place is not kept up at all and the management sucks! I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
