Safari's management doesn't seem to care that it's apartments are falling apart. I have been here for 8 months and can't wait for the lease to run out. We had a leaking washing machine that we repeatedly asked maintenance to fix... seriously about 15
times over a 6 month period. They 'looked at it' a dozen times before replacing it. The roof has been leaking in a closet for months and they still have not finished fixing it. They allowed mold to grow in the closet. They usually wait until you have called 4-5 times before they fix something. The main office always has a good excuse waiting for why maintenance requests were not completed.
The only good thing I have to say is that our apartment is pretty spacious. We have a huge walk-in closet, two large bathrooms, and a decent-sized living room. We also have a nice view of Sunrise Mountain and don't hear a lot of traffic (only because we're in the far part of the complex away from Nellis Blvd). The balcony, however, is somewhat of a joke. It's only about 2 feet wide and a lawn chair will only fit sideways on it.
I rented from summer '06 through summer '07.
