During my time here, Lawrence was manager and he was fantastic!! Any maintenance issues or vandalism was quickly addressed. Always felt safe and never had any burglaries. Pool was open but spa was always broken. Would have given it 2 thumbs up if it was still that way I rented from summer '04 through spring '07. ...

The current management company (summer 2008+) is horrible. My washer/dryer has been broken for 4+ months and they haven't fixed it after repeated notices. I rented from summer '04 through winter '08.
