When I first started looking for a studio that I could walk to UNR from, I had a hard time finding one that allowed my dog. I wasn't sure about how long I wanted to stay, so the manager let me sign a 6 month lease. Also, they pay for cable and some other stuff, so it's pretty cheap. It's quiet and they come fix anything I need fixed in my studio. No complaints. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...

We received parking passes for the complex, so I didn't have to purchase one through UNR because the walk is maybe 5 minutes to campus. Large townhome layout. Cable and heat (awesome!) are included in the price of rent, plus the standard apartment utilities- water, sewer, trash. Wish they had a washer/dryer in the unit, but they do have a laundry room for tenants only, and it is a small complex. We pay $799 for a 2 bed/1.5 bath. I rented from winter '06 through spring '08. ...
