This complex will rob you blind. I have been here 4 years and it continues to be nothing but crap! I am glad to be getting out. But of course it will not be easy. They signed my 30 day notice to leave saying I satisfactorily completed my lease. Now 4 days later they said that was wrong and will penalize me for breaking lease. They DO NOT honor their written agreements. And on top of it they asked me what they could do to get me to stay. DO NOT COME IN AND EVEN LOOK! You can do so much better somewhere else. Even next door is better than them. I rented from fall '05 through fall '09. ...
