Insane drilling and construction noises every single day M-F. I’m moving out this summer. I couldn’t live here. They are offering no rent concessions and offer a single shared room for work calls. Cannot open my curtains either cause men outside all day.

Don't live here. There's been super intense drilling on the building for 6 weeks now (expected to continue for weeks more) and the management office refuses to offer any rent concession or alternative place to work during the day for those of us that WFH. It's so loud that I can't participate on Zoom calls and it's given me physical headaches. My rent also went up over 30% after my first year there. This management office doesn't care about their tenants. ...
