Lived at this complex for almost 12 years. When i left due to ridiculous rent increase , they kept $250.00 from my security deposit for UPCOMING PROPERTY TAXES! Why should ANY resident pay THEIR property taxes especially for upcoming year when i moved out?? Bunch of thieves. I took the to small claims court and got my money back.I'd rather live in a tent than ANY Fairfield property,probably be alot safer too. ...
