The apartment is old, and the parking is horrible. If come back home later, it is hardly find a parking spot. If parking is not on the right spot, the rental office will ask CRA -- An auto towing serivce to tow tenant's car. The car has been towed at the 2 miles Marble company, but CRA charges tenant $276.55 cash! The tenant heard the trunk towed tenant's car noisely in the evening, the mad people slahed the door laudly. Horrible experience! I would not recommend Riverview Gardens, because stupid thing the stupid does; Mean thing the mean does! I rented from fall '00 through winter '02. ...
