This place for the money is not luxury at all. They take a while to repair stuff. Snow removal is horrible they don't clean up until storm is over the plow truck does one pass I miss days from work for this. Lived there for 5 years never missed rent and after 5 years they said their are not renewing my lease. Asked why they won't say but they did give me 5 months notice why because I pay on time. What I figured out they kick and uproot families so they can get higher rent and 3 months later they send renewal at more than 25% higher from 2070.00 a month to 2480.00 a month it's BS and wrong. Believe me stay away from this place. I'm so happy I'm gone they did me a favor better places out there and cheaper. Good luck to anyone thinking of moving in. ...
