Loved living here! Smaller complex, with cozy, "homey" feel. Management was awesome and went above and beyond. It is an older building without some of the bells and whistles, but a great value right on campus
I rented from fall 2013 through summer 2016.

I am a Columbus local with a son who attends OSU. I was hoping to find my son an apartment with a convenient location, nearby campus. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of co-signing a lease for this location with him. The property is not well kept - the
back road is in bad condition and the landlords do not care about the property enough to make any repairs. The parking lot has a lot of pot holes and there is a stairwell that is blocked off with caution tape and two wood boards. It seems like the owners do not care about the property and could be considered ' slumlords. ' My son has received half-a** repairs on more than one occasion..the air vents are disgusting...the walls have cracks...lighting is horrible in the homes... just a nightmare! Getting in touch with the owners of the property has been difficult and the resident managers are unable to help with many situations (other than lock-outs and laundry room problems). PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away!!! Find campus housing elsewhere!
I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2016.

The downside to these apartments is that they are older. It's not a huge apartment, but I think the living and bed rooms are decent sizes. You're getting all the basics, but don't expect luxury. However, there are some great things about living here,
too. The management is top notch. We have a resident manager, and the owners are frequently on the property doing work. They're all really friendly and respond quickly to any problems, questions, or concerns. The location is pretty good. It's walkable to OSU and extremely close to Kroger and South Campus Gateway. It's also not far from Short North. I would recommend living here if you're more concerned with quiet apartments in a good location than having a fancy apartment.
I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.
