We asked them to fix master br exhaust fan...they said was fine...just a bit rusty from lack of use...caught on fire next day.....got friends that might visit? No parking...They tow em. Over-priced...no maintenance skills...just ridiculous for the amount of money they charge. Oh...and we were buying a house that closed on 5th of Nov....Lease expired Nov 1st..paid 1260.00 for extra month, only to be told that we were responsible thru end of yr, after we all signed agreement for ONE extra month, we were told the rent would be pro-rated....RENTER BEWARE!!!!
