Current Resident

I moved in over a year ago, and have been very happy with the room layout, communication, maintenance, and the pool. The one repair issue I had was fixed the same day. I will say the price is a bit steep, but that is to be expected given the neighborhood.

Great apartments for the cost! I love living here. the maintenance service is quick and effective. I haven't had a problem with any neighbors. I love the fact that all my friends can park in the lot for free. I rented from fall '09 through winter 11.
