It is one of the filthyish places you ever want to see nasty the ladie in the office is terrible they dont care about anything but renting those horrible apts out dont move thier im telling you ! People move out everyday horrible !!

There are bed bugs in the apartments and the management says it isn't so. I have seen them myself and know it is true. They are ordering the tenants to throw their furniture out and you do not have to get rid of it. It should be cleaned thoroughly. Some people living there do not have money to buy all new furnishings. I feel it is the managements responsibility to take care of the problem and compensate the tenants for the inconvenience. Bed bugs can eventually make a person sick if they continually suck the blood on your body. Come on Midtown Towers, you can do better than this. Spray the apartments all at the same time. ...

This place is the worst place I have ever lived. If I could go back and unsign my lease I would. The landlord is really rude. When I moved in the leasing agent said that there was a 24 hour fitness center, well it has been closed for a week, without notice. That is the way it is here, never any notice. The water is turned off about once a week. One time we did get notice that the hot water would be off, and management gave us a helpful little tip for hot water ... "boil or microwave it". I wish I had read reviews before moving in here. But I'm posting this so others will not deal with what I have dealt with. It also isn't safe here. There are always drug deals in the parking lot and the police are here all the time. Just don't rent here! I rented from summer '06 through summer '07. ...

I've lived at Midtown Towers for the past 2 years and I am EAGERLY moving out next month. When I first moved in 2 years ago I like the management and the apartment complex was run well. Since then, new management has taken over and Midtown Towers has gone down hill fast. They have come into my apartment with only 12 hours notice and expect me to leave my apartment open to them. They do "annual" inspections practically every other month. The worst thing that has happened so far is when one of the workers came into my apartment when I was not home and then proceeded to LEAVE MY APARTMENT DOOR OPEN. My roommate found my cat, hours later, wandering around the halls..in a completely different side of the building. Anyone could have walked into my apartment Notices are NOT given out when work is being done. The fitness center....right, what fitness center. The managment is VERY rude. I'm not quite sure if anyone working in the offices have had any education at all. They do not speak properly and I've heard them be rude to more than just one tenant. My advice is to not even waste your time. It isn't worth it. There are better places with management who have educations and experience. I rented from summer '05 through summer '07. ...
