Current Resident

The apartments are not renovated. There are no online payments so you have to mail in your rent every month. The laundry machines only take quarters and don’t clean your clothes very well. They are fully carpeted with brown shag besides a few tiled spaces in the kitchen and bathroom. I have lived here for two years and they were manageable, however I have grown out of the space as there is not much space. They are in a great location however you can tell that they are old. The rent pricing varies depending on the floor that you live on. There is no dishwasher and my unit does not have a lot of counter space. The office workers are very friendly and often have events for the residents. There are water shut offs very often. I would recommend the apartments to someone who wants to live alone for cheaper. ...
