The apartments themselves are nice, and if you like to be left alone odds are you're never going interact with any of the other apartment owners in your building. Sadly, you have no choice but to interact with your roommates, which is a HUGE problem in some cases. Roommate placing here is horrid, and the standards for students moving in is pathetic. Within the first week my building was open I know of at least 6 people who were looking for a new room because the people they were placed with didn't suit them at all. Envision only asks you about 5 questions to match you with someone, and I don't think they even look at them. The girl I was placed with was the exact opposite of what I asked for: she's loud, throws parties every night, and the walls are paper thin. We have had mice reveral times already in just 4 months (another huge problem here) because of the mess she makes. I asked if there was something I could do about it and management wouldn't give me the time of day. They are no help at all, and since they placed her with me to begin with, that's fairly annoying. They charge entirely too much here to place people at random. If you want to live here, have someone to fill every room to move in with you, or you will be completely screwed over. Overall, my time at envision was completely negative, which is a shame because it could have been solved had leasing taken two minutes to place people properly. Instead, I spend my time sitting around with my fellow apartment owners complaining about not being able to break our leases. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
