the windows are very old causing cold freezing air to come in. even when the heat is on 78 it is still freezing. the lanlord refuses to change the windows, clean the vents, change doors etc unless it is life threatening. every year she increases the price $30-$50 but gives great deals for new comers!!! she cant run a business and is beyond cheap on everything. the parking is horrible there is like 7 parking spots in front and the others are way in the back. also when we were moving in people stole our stuff as we were entering and exiting the building and there are no cameras around. cars were vandalized and broken into and still no cameras and nothing was done. the garage is $45 extra a month per parking!!!!! the manager is rude and careless. the only reason i put quality as average is because the size of the 2 bedroom apartment is good! I rented from winter '08 through winter 11. ...
