I both lived and worked there and it was the abso worst experience of my life. They don’t train their personnel and are quick to get rid of them. I watched 6 different employees go through there in a 6 month period. we had 86 work orders at one point and they were in no hurry to make repairs. most of the complex had a/c outages and they gave us window units. we went 3-5 months without central air and our electric bills went up to $4-500 a month and most people had either small children or health issues! The apartments are in disrepair and the storage units have all been vandalized and broken into because they don’t keep their gates maintained and they end up staying open most of the time and the ceilings are nothing but particle board so they are easy to break in. The roaches and earwigs are rampant and apartments are infested. if you love your family and value your pocketbook do not move here!! ...
