These are great apartments!! The management staff is wonderful and happy to help you in any way they can! Maintainance is exceptional!! The staff truely goes above and beyond to help their residents. They are very understanding as long as you are up front with them. It is a very quiet property and management tries very hard to keep it that way. They address every problem you have in a timely and professional matter. It is an older complex, but kept up very well. Currently I do believe that the rent just went up to $400 on a one bedroom and $475 on a two bedroom, which is still quite reasonable and they pay the gas, water, and sewer, so I only had to pay electric, trash, cable, and internet. I rented from fall '04 through summer '07. ...
