They say they have on call maintnance 24 hours a day. I went a whole weekend without electricity once because they didn't want to pay extra for an electrician to fix the problem on a weekend. They charge you a deposit for the key card for the pool and will kick you out of the pool if you don't have one. Unless it's after office hours and then you can't get the screaming kids or teenagers out because their messenger service can't reach anyone. Everytime I ask them to fix something in my apartment they a.) don't show up b.) show up and rig it or break something else trying to fix it. they come into your apartment without notice. they broke one of my locks trying to get into my apartment and scared me half to death.
