The Reserve is as good as can be expected. The rent is fairly cheap considering the competition. Sure, the complex has its problems, but if complaints are brought to the management, they get resolved. My apartment flooded one evening around 6pm, just after the office closed. When I called, there were 2 or 3 people still working who were happy to resolve the issue. Don't commit to something you cannot keep as they do fine if you go outside of the scope of their regulations. Read the renters manual prior to signing and make sure you agree. To anyone looking for a place to live this is NOT IT!!! Trust me when I say this you can find a place way better than the Reserve on Perkins. Heck you can find a house for the same price or maybe 20 dollars more and you can have a pet and be able to grill whenever you want where at the Reserve you get fined if you ever have a grill or any sort of pet. Your not allowed to do anything at all what so ever. Hell living in the dorms was way better than living there at the reserve. Trust me when I say this as well. You do not want to live there because when you move out the management will charge you for everything and anything. And when I say anything if they have to change a light bulb you will get charged. And as for the management it SUCKS. Heck the property manager herself isnt very much older than the CA'S and isnt very professional at all. She doesnt even like dealing with the students. Word to the wise if you havent turned in your parent form you dont have to live there if you signed a lease even though they say you do. ...

If you are looking for an apartment, do NOT consider the Reserve on Perkins. The management is horrible and you will never be able to contact the manager. The staff is unprofessional and rude. As a resident you are not treated as a paying resident, you are treated as if you are a a unequal individual. Not ONE staff memeber who works there has class or respect for the attendants. I would strongly urge anyone considering living there, to have a second thought. I promise your reconsideration will save you from the worst apartment complex ever! Don't be fooled like me! Don't judge the book by it's cover, because the outside is beautiful, but the management and staff are rude, uncaring, and disrespectful. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
