It has been an okay experience. Apartment flooded twice and I had to move to another unit. Air and heat has stopped working a couple of times. Maintenance took too long to come fix it. Overpriced one bedrooms

The staff here is very friendly and were able to answer my questions when I needed help. I feel safe living here and it's a great place to move in with your friends. They update their instagram to let you know if there's any deals going on.

I moved in before the semester started and I immediately liked living here better than my last apartment. It's cleaner, updated, pet-friendly, has open quad areas, and most importantly I feel safe here.

I love it! The employees are very friendly, and host many events for the residence! They made is very easy for my roommate to get a cat. They also have many renewal deals! I will definitely live here again because the parking is nice, it is surrounded by restaurants and stores, and is a good price for a furnished apartment. ...
