Sycamore Square is a wonderful place to live downtown. It's close to the center of downtown, within walking distance of the OKC Museum, Civic Center and the OKC Library, and there's a trolley stop (for rides to Bricktown) within a block of the property. The property is really pretty, with lots of trees and seasonal flowers. I lived at Sycamore a couple of years ago, but I still have friends there and visit frequently. I've heard that there has been a lot of employee turnaround in the last year or so, but things seem to have stabilized recently. I really like the new property manager. The rent at Sycamore has gone up a little since I was there, but their prices are still less than those at most of the other downtown properties. Especially for the large apartments that you get!
