I've lived here for a few months, I have had a some problems, like a 2 hour long dishwasher cycle, the disposal can handle much and has to be reset and cleaned out alot (they don't leave the tool to do this under the sink), and an oven that didn't bake. They closed the pool for a day; then a week later, did it for a week only then telling us it was due to someone putting feces in the pool. I was shocked and totally grossed out. There is a gang of tweens roaming around who like to scream obscenities at each other. There are LOTS of bands playing music into the nights (with drummers!), so it's loud all the time. The gates never work and are always open so anyone can come in. I rated this place on another site, only to be attacked by another person living here, so you live with crazy people. ...
