This place has the best and the worst of everything the pros are location it takes me approx 3 minutes driving or fifteen minutes walking to get to Mount Hood Community College the location is great since theres a bank of America close a liquor store 3
taverns 2 bars a gas station a Domino's, a cheap Mexican joint, 2 Chinese food joints a Bi-mart a harbor freight tools, and a ups all with 5 minutes walking distance and the college plaza located right next to it has plenty of parking for those parties you aren't supposed to throw
Cons outdated painted with led paint which means they were built before 1960, management sucks the good looking manager has no clue what shes talking about and the fat rude argumentative manager is never there but seems to hold the answers to all my questions, theres bugs in many of the units which means a spray guy has to come rummage through your house and spray chemicals everywhere, they offer you a garage for forty bucks a month and get mad when you host people in it, there is a manager in the office maybe twenty hours a week if that and last but not least they told me water sewage and garbage were all included with rent and then later told me they weren't overall id say for your average undergrad college student this will fit you'r needs and you'll be happy but if you have any high standards definetly shy away from the village
I rented from spring '08 through fall '08.
