Substandard apartments in a low rent part of time. I would not recommend anyone live here. Several times I was awakened in the middle of the night by shady characters yelling on the sidewalk. Every time I left my apartment a homeless person accosted me for money or offered to sell me drugs. My bike was stolen 3x. ...
