I lived at this place for less than a year.. the manager peeking through my backdoor three times a day got sort of annoying. not to mention all the traffic in and out of the complex at late hours. although there were no noise complaints from me the older resedents will complain about your children playing too loudly outside. All and all the thing i guess that bothered me the most is the manager trying sooo hard to be my friend and be close to me that it made the living situation really uncomfortable for me. i guess if you want to be REAL close and friendly with your manager so she knows EVERYTHING about you than its an ok place but for someone like me i think this place is a wash..
