This place is dumb to live in. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing about this apt is the location. Thats it. First off the appliances in the apartments are older than me. The windows are so thin that it releases all the heat out so your electric bill is high. The windows get moldy and you must clean them everyday. 2nd there is a fat reception lady that is on the rude side. I'm not against fat people n any way. I love them just not her. 2nd there is bugs that crawl out of the corners. 3rd be careful not to step in doggy du wherever you go. Its everywhere. And 4 Parking sucks. I would recommend stopping anywhere else in town before hitting this trap of a community. Nice from the outside but the insides of the apartments haven't been updated since they first were built and management has no common respect for their communities citizens. I was lured in under false pretenses and upon the close of your lease they will jack your rent up to push you out so they can renovate over the summer and rip someone off with overpriced rents in the fall.
