I have lived here at the 515 for three years now. I have found it quite comfortable living here, it is approximately a twenty minute walk to campus and is right across the street from a 7/11 and a Whole Foods. It's great location was one of my reasons for choosing the 515. They also offer many amenities including a large roof hot tub and pool, a gym, yoga studio, and club room with barbeque areas. For the most part it's an easy comfortable place to live but there are a few issues. If you get a room that looks inwards towards the other apartments then you are paying a good sum of money for a dreary apartment with very little natural light. There can be some issues with loud partying as it is a college student apartment building but it's normally not too intrusive. ...
