The elevators are constantly broken. I imagine this would be a huge issue if you have mobility problems. Probably also sucks for the short-term guests who have to carry their luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Staff is unresponsive. We have had multiple break-ins, and they just told us to stop using the bike storage rather than change the locks or get security. ...
