My friend spends the night once in a while. Under 24 times a year. She has Companion Dog - Chihuahua/ Dachshund mix. She has a Doctor's Order for this dog from Kaiser Permanente for anxiety, and possess a certificate of registration, and all required medical/ vaccination and licensing documents. I have been harassed, and now fined by Willamette Estates. Do not rent here! They don't follow Oregon Law. I rented from fall 2014 through fall 2018. ...
