I haven't been here too long, but it has been great for a number of reasons! The school is within walking distance, along with the grocery store, the museum, the park, a lot of great restaurants and bars and its only a mile to get to the other side of the city! The apartment itself is well maintained and reliable; the parking cost is standard, the bills included with rent aren't crazy expensive. ...
