Expensive for what you get. Floors are thin. Easy access to wifi, printers, and study rooms. The carpet for the rooms is hard to clean. The appliances are updated. Nice big windows in the living room. Trash shoots on every level. Big bathrooms with a large shower. ...

The apartments are beautiful and really close to campus, and there are locks on the bedroom doors which helps me feel really secure when I'm living with roommates. You can also get a pretty good rate depending on when you apply, and the flat utilities rate is definitely worth it. The only problems I have are with the staff. Maintenance requests have taken quite a while to be completed, and whenever I call the leasing office with any sort of questions, the person always says they'll leave a note and have someone get back to me later, which they never do. So I have to wait until business hours to talk to somebody in the office in person, which is quite the inconvenience. ...
