Nice area; very nice apartment; nice manager while renting BUT had security deposit stolen. Cleaned apartment before leaving and manager still said it needed 14 (!!!) more hours of cleaning - received $20 of $250 security deposit back after 5 years of living there. Plan on your security deposit being a cleaning fee. I rented from summer '04 through spring '08. ...
