Don't move here. The community is quiet enough, in terms of neighbors. Most people pretty much keep to themselves. That's a pro. However there are several cons to living here: -Management gives the impression that they do not care. Problem with your neighbors? Don't expect management to help or resolve it, even when the behavior violates the apartment's rental agreement. -Maintenance is never done in a timely manner. When maintenance has occurred in the past, the maintenance staff left our apartment unlocked, all lights on, and used our towels to clean up messes (and left them on the floor). -Construction will occur without notice, or without staying in the completion time frame if given notice. This past summer had many people trapped in apartments for entire working days while staircases were being repaired because part of the stair case was removed (and they'd put a piece of plywood over it at the end of the day). This project was meant to be 3 days and was well over 2 months of climbing over plywood. I rented from fall 2012 through winter 2018. ...
