The current leasing agent/office manager has failed the current owners, all tenants and any persons that has any type of interaction with her. In fact, I continue trying to help my fellow peers/tenants at Connery Place Apartment's but Ms Jacque King fails to follow through to most needs requested. Just this past weekend, I turned in a tenants ID card that I found in t washing machine. I posted a notice that it was found. It's been removed. I asked her personally.if she returned the ID to her tenant, she literally said that did not. And that I was in error for submitting to the office. I asked her again, to return the tenant her ID. she then raised her voice, told me she doesn't care to seek her out to confirm that she is a tenant. Denying that it is even a possibility, which I know is incorrect. I was so flustered I mispronounced the word flagrant, and she.started making fun of me. This is what I, and many other tenants have to deal with daily. I do not recommend renting here while when she is still part of Affinity management. ...
