Not at all what I hoped for, and not so close to Chestnut Hill College's campus for my bike riding. I have found better apartment in Chestnut Hill using U Penn's apartment search page: http://www.upenn.edu/offcampusliving. This year we will rent a house. I had lived there for a year, and it was the worst place I ver lived in. The building is very run-down, and the managment office and most of the other tenants, do not care about that. There is a lot of trash going around every day. Also people is very disrespectful. The laundry rooms are always dirty! One time, someone urinate in one of the elevators. I wxpected also the visit of mice during summer. I was really a very unpleasant experience to live there. I rented from fall '05 through fall '06. ...
