The quality and price is good in comparison to other places. The location is excellent. There are buses nearby but not on the street. This apartment is nice and quiet so no worries. The landlord is okay. I haven't come across too many problems. They do fix issues and if it's an emergency, they do come quickly. I don't have a car but there is a garage and a parking lot behind the building. From what I can see though, they don't clean off the driveway when it snows.
