When I say dump, I mean it. If you love bugs, then you'll love living here. We lived in the back buildings, and boy did we have a roach problem. We called several times to have our issue addressed, but they would only come and spray maybe once a month. The WHOLE building was full of bugs, so spraying 1 apartment, once a month wasn't going to rid us of our problem. We moved out with two full months left of our lease, just because we couldn't stand the roaches anymore. When we told the office we wouldn't be renewing our lease (with a 50$ a month increase, grand totaling 800$ a month for a studio), they called and asked why we didn't let them know we had a problem with bugs, which we did several times. They also offered to 'work' with us with the cost of the rent so we would consider staying. (I guess you have to try to keep the good people that actually pay their rent.) Parking is okay if you're in early, if you come home past 10pm forget it. The office staff is in denial about the conditions of their complex (or aren't allowed to tell the truth.) Good luck trying to get them to come fix a problem in your apartment. We had several issues that took weeks of nagging to be fixed. Windows don't lock (we were on the ground floor, walking around them complex you will see boards holding windows closed.) People are super noisy, and despite 'quiet' hours people still did wash all hours of the night, drank and played outside, pumped music from their cars and were just in general not mindful of an apartment complex setting. No one here picks up their dogs waste. Dog feces litter the yards, as does drug paraphernalia (You'd be surprised, too, if you walked outside to find needles IN THE GRASS WHERE KIDS PLAY.) So, if you want a quick place to move into, by all means choose Bucks Landing. If you want roaches in everything you own, move into Bucks Landing. If you want to be up all hours of the night, move into Bucks Landing. If you want to be treated like a scum bag, move into Bucks Landing. Would I recommend this place to anyone? Sure, if they were desperate... but living in your car is a better solution. Don't live here, please, if you value your sanity and life. The bugs will drive you mad.
