Stay away from this place, especially if you're a college student! They rip you off and treat college kids like crap! Look for a privately owned apartment in Middletown, Highspire, or Hummelstown. The "all utilities included" seems nice, but trust me you'll be better off somewhere else. I rented from fall '05 through summer '07. ...
