I've been here 2 months, and so far so good. The complex surrounds a courtyard w/ a fountain, benches, and trees (really nice!) and that side is quiet. The clean air from the courtyard side is also great. The side facing Waverly St. can have some parties audible at night, and occasional sirens during the day. The soundproofing between apartments is good. So far Centra Associates has been great-- when I moved in there were a few little bugs that kept appearing in the tub, but they sent an exterminator immediately. (Other than that the place is pretty much bug free-- no roaches, knock on wood!) There was also a big crack in the stove, and they replaced the whole stove pretty quickly. The only catch about the place is that you have to pay a $100 fee if you you call them for lock-out outside of business hours. Other than that, it's a great deal-- sunny, quiet rooms in a great neighborhood w/ fresh air and nearby shopping and cafes. There is a washer/dryer in the complex and we all get sizable storage lockers in one of the basements. I rented from summer '08 through fall '08. ...
