The apartment is beautiful, but there is a serious bedbug and roach problem that stems mostly from the right side of the building. You can also hear the mice scamper through the heating vents. Our car was broken into, and you could tell our door had been pryed open at one point before we lived there. Nice. Unfortunately, I think every apartment in philly has these problems. The price was good, and it was close to Manayunk, but bedbugs are a little too much to "deal" with. Make the trip to Whole Foods for your groceries, and don't expect management to care too much about you. ...

The two bedroom apts are extremely nice...new kitchens and baths, hardwood floors refinished.. lots of character. I have lived there for about 4 months and the building has only improved. 2 min walk to the R8(20 min to temple) there is a grocery store within two blocks as well as a deli that sells beer. Its a nice building quiet neighborhood. Close to I76 and fairmount park. ...
