Currently they will not turn on the air conditioning using the borough city ordinance of having to have the heat available until 5/15 with not turning on the air. I called the borough, the ordinance is for heat, they can turn the a/c on anytime. They are expensive and for the space and apartment quality. Management has been good, but know that if you break any of the rules (including where you put your trash), they will go to the security tapes and figure out who you are and bill you. The price is very high, and the apartments aren't luxury by any means, but I don't get a lot of noise from my neighbors (even on weekend evenings. the walls are a good thickness) and the staff is relaxed. Lived in a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 other friends. Living space is tight for 3 people, I got annoyed not having my own space after a while. Still good place to live though. Can't beat the location, but they make you pay for that. Paid $368 a month for 1 bedroom. Parking is an extra $75/month, that's super expensive too.
