Nice place to live. Lots of space and very comfortable. I found it to be well maintained and the maintenance guys are great. The price is OK -- getting to be too costly though, even in State College. It is usually a very quiet place -- lots of professionals, graduate students and retirees. The only exception is on Football Weekends when a group comes in and stays across from the leasing office. They are very noisy, rude, and let their kids run wild. The leasing company is aware they are there and does not make them follow the same rules as tenants. Honestly, it is a nice place, but reconsider it. I know tenants have complained about the football people and it is just brushed under the rug. We left -- I'd be afraid to continue to lease under a company that allows the behavior. I rented from winter '07 through spring '09. ...

Comfortable, well maintained, and have not had a problem with the office staff. Don't do anything stupid and they are great to you. My only beef is that they (the Apartment company) allow a people to stay for Football weekends and they are EXTREMELY noisy and rude. They constantly have 15 people over, have absolutely no respect for the residence and act as if this is complex is a hotel for their benefit only. The office staff tries to get rid of them, but the company DOES NOTHING!!!! We have rules put on us, but apparently none of them apply to these people. I rented from summer '06 through summer '09. ...
