WORST APARTMENT EVER! I can't believe the lack of disrespect that the management office has Mike seems nice at first but he shows his true colors. Don't think you'll get your security deposit back if you move here. I worked very hard to clean this place up and had professional come in to clean the carpets and they charged me for stains that were there when i moved in. The neighbors are loud the hallways almost always smell bad and maintenance waits till you leave and them comes in to look around i was asleep in my underwear in my bedroom and they just walked right in. Of course they apologized but thats just not right. I rented from fall '09 through summer 10. ...

At first glance the place isn't so bad, but you get to know it. All of the carpets were stained the one door was off its hinge they never fixed that so the door would never shut, makes for a few weird situations with room mates. The neighbors were the loudest that i have ever had. Don't expect a good nights sleep. Its near an elementary school which sounded nice at first but the buses are loud and wake you up. The windows were so poorly insulated that the electric bill from the heat sky rocketed. They say anything to get you in and then you cant leave. Management is horrible to deal with meanest people ever they look down on you. You couldn't pay me to move back. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
