Apartment is SOOOOOOO overpriced for what you get. Everything is old, needs major renovations, structure of building and location is great! But we have mold, mildew, bugs, and a heating/Ac unit that has so much dust... Overall this apartment sucks! I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
