Overpriced old building and things such as dishwasher are broken or outdated. In addition, the maintenance staff are not quite helpful and if you lock yourself out, Nixon's gonna charge you 50 bucks to open the door. The neighborhood is rather safe but Mermont Plaza sucks. ...
