Horrible place to live. Apartments are so old and full of cockroaches and toxic molds. They say they do pest control, but their pest control process is hilarious ! Guy in a nice suit comes and open few cupboards and spray some chemicals, the hole
process takes only 30 seconds. Cockroach population don't get affected at all!
The biggest problem in park circle is their management. They're inefficient as hell, If you report a problem to them it will take weeks if not months to fix something.
This is the closet place to campus for the cheapest price. But there're other apartments around which could cost you like extra 50 bucks a month compared to the park circle. But I guess it's totally worth it.
I rented from fall 2014 through fall 2015.

I rent from Bob Capes Property Management and love my apartment. Park Circle is really convenient to campus and Five Points. Parking is great, in a lot on site, right behind the building, and I've never had a problem finding a parking space. Also, my
rent is pretty affordable - and includes water sewer and trash removal...which is more than the house I rented before living here included in rent. My apartment has a washer/dryer inside the apartment, not a shared laundro-mat style area like most apartments complexes have. I also have a killer walk in closet, dishwasher, fridge, full bathroom, and a breakfast bar in the kitchen. There is also an exercise room and dry sauna on the top floor, along with a large deck area. Altogether, I would definetly recogmend Park Circle as a place to live. Just so you know, most of the apartments are seperatly owned, but the majority are managed by Bob Capes.
I rented from summer '03 through summer '08.
